Elite Enterprise Group (EEG) is seeking a Journeyman Electrician to join our amazing team. EEG is a local company with a solid reputation for high quality solar photovoltaic (PV) installations and excellent customer experiences. This position is for a full-time, licensed electrician to lead our Idaho installation team and become a key team-member in our close-knit, family-like company. The right candidate installs, maintains, and repairs electrical equipment. Also, must be reliable, able to manage timing and scheduling, be able to communicate clearly, and have a great attitude.
Responsibilities:
• Must have current Idaho Journeyman License.
• DC and AC electrical runs, including work on roof tops, tall ladders, and tight spaces.
• Mounting inverters and laying out other electrical components in a clean, organized manner.
• Bending and routing conduit.
• Replacing service panels, adding subpanels, and tying systems into the utility grid.
• Training our technicians as electrical apprentices to guarantee that our commitment to quality is upheld throughout all installations.
• Interpreting PV line drawings, product literature, and referencing the NEC.
• Communicating with utility companies and inspectors.
• Having a working knowledge of OSHA standards, company safety programs, and policies relative to the installation of these systems, and enforcing these safety standards with all personnel under your supervision.
• Maintaining a professional appearance and attitude always.
• Willing to travel on occasion.

• Maintain technical knowledge of the field and position
• Ability to comprehend structural, architectural, and mechanical drawings and documents as it pertains to the electrical scope and position.
• Communicate effectively with team and clients.
• Capability to oversee multiple projects at a time.
• Proficiency with computers and modern technology.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety procedures.
• Uphold company core values on and off worksites.
• Conducting on-site assessment prior to commencing work to ensure that the job is ready and addressing any concerns that arise.
