The Camp Leadership Program (CLP) provides a group of 15-20 youth ages 13-15 a program
partly within and independent of Snipes Farm Day Camp. The heart of the program is
leadership development, farm and environmental education and team building. Archery,
Culinary Arts and Visual Art specials classes are led by other staff. The CLPs do farm and
campus projects and a weekly field trip to a local park or place of interest

Job requirements:
First aid and CPR certification
Current child safety clearances
Team building and sports experience
Strong leadership skills
At least 2 years experience working with youth
