Who We Are
Snipes Farm Day Camp is located on 80 beautiful acres of a 7-generation, USDA certified organic farm and is a part of the 501c3 nonprofit of Snipes Farm and Education Center. It is a vibrant place to spend a summer with the amazing activity and energy of working farm with nature all around.

Children and youth explore the creek, gardens, orchard and fields and make amazing discoveries with nature as their teacher. They tend a garden and care for animals. They harvest berries, fresh veggies and herbs and make yummy recipes.

Weekly themes, art, games and science bring the learning alive. Lasting friendships are made and community is built together with staff, campers and families. Our priority is physical, emotional and social safety as an inclusive community. We follow Covid-19 prevention practices provided by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the American Camping Association.

A love of the outdoors and a passion for working with children and youth are essential. Staff training provides educational frameworks and resources for success and builds a caring community ready for adventures with children on Snipes Farm!
