Personal assistant to soloepreneur shifting from in-person consulting practice for families to presenting online workshops and programs for adults.
In-person office assistance to support office function. Will need reliable transportation to run occasional errands.

8-15 hours total per week
2 - 5 weekdays: sometime between 7:30am - 1:30pm,
Weekend availability: 2 - 3 Saturdays & Sundays / month

Hours negotiable depending upon schedules.

Qualifications:
- Previous office administration assistance experience is essential, preferably with workshop support and keeping track of project and client status.
- Self-starter and strong organizational skills required.
- Apple proficiency required (Pages, Preview, and other Apple programs).
- Must be proficient with DropBox
- Knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, paper shredder etc.)
- Willingness to learn different technologies & programs.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Duties:
- Helping to keep things organized, clean and current i.e. filing and paperwork
- Ordering and maintaining appropriate office supplies
- Willingness to collaborate with team and give status updates
-Running errands (eg post office/Office Depot) require personal car.

Site is in a home office near Lake Merritt, Oakland.


Pay $18.00 - $22.00 , depending upon previous level of experience.
Will pay a probationary rate to start.
