-Must be neat in appearance
-Have a friendly demeanor
-Punctual (This is critical)
-High awareness and ability to focus
-Trustworthy and mature
-Proficient at counting
-Cash organization required
-Willing to train the right candidate


Barback

Days and or Nights

-Restocking the bar
-Stocking shipments and delivered into storage
-Maintaining a clean and operational workspace
-Creating speed and space for the bar
-Switching out spent kegs
-Performing a weekly inventory list
-Replacing empty liquor bottles
-Setting up and Closing down the bar
-Cleaning and stocking the bar
-Cleaning and organizing the bar tools
-Emptying recycle bins and trash as needed
-Sense of Urgency required
-Willing to train the right candidate
