Nanny
NATIONWIDE SEARCH - Professional family seeking a FULL-TIME LIVE-IN/OUT NANNY for their 4.5-month-old daughter. The parents are very busy as the dad is a doctor and the mom is a lawyer who is returning to work shortly. Hours are Monday - Wednesday 7 am -6 pm, and 5 pm - 10 pm Thursday and Friday. The family has 2 older children (an 11-year-old daughter and a 14-year-old son) who will not need care. The family also has a Household Manager who is backup help and childcare if needed.
This position is solely focused on care for the infant. The family lives in a very walkable neighborhood and the candidate will not need to drive or have a vehicle. Duties include feeding the infant, diapering, picking up after the baby, and helping keep clean bottles/feeding supplies. The family has 1 dog in the home (a Maltipoo) who does not need care.
The perfect candidate would be kind, and confident, have the ability to read the room, and be detail-oriented. The family values someone who is conscientious, hygienic, and bilingual would be a plus (Spanish or Swahili or French or Portuguese). The family would prefer a candidate with a college education.
Candidate must be up to date on all vaccinations: Tdap, MMR, Covid, Flu, Hep B, and Hep C. Benefits include paid sick days + health insurance + 1 week the first year, then 2 the second year. Start date is ASAP. Pay is $25-35/hr.
