FULL TIME OPENINGS – PLANO, TX
Required Schedule:
3 pm - 7 pm (2nd shift)
3 pm - 11 pm (2nd shift)
Compensation and benefits:
$14 per hour

Position Description: The Alarm Dispatcher actively monitors and processes incoming alarm signals by attempting to make contact with the homeowner and if unable to do so, dispatching the proper authorities then notifying emergency contacts. This position also directs incoming calls not related to alarm signals to the appropriate department or voicemail box. In addition, the Alarm Dispatcher provides assistance to callers with a variety of customer service actions including updates or changes to contact information, shipping requests and front line technical support. This position reports directly to the Shift Lead and ultimately to the Central Station Supervisor and Manager.
Requirements & Qualifications: Pass FBI background check (includes but not limited to; no felonies, no class A or B misdemeanors, and no traffic warrants) High School Diploma or higher Dependable and on time Work with Windows PC, and type at least 30 wpm Customer service phone skills, professionalism, work under pressure Communication and multi-tasking is a must.
