REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid driver’s license • Staging or Design experience is a plus

• Reliable means of transportation

• Great Positive Attitude

• Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds

• Frequently lift and/or move more than 20 pounds

• Must be able to pass a drug/alcohol and background screening

• Performance will be evaluated on a monthly basis and will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the following:

o Employee shows up on time to work/meetings

o Employee dresses and behaves in a professional manner

o Work is being completed in a timely manner

o No complaints have been filed against employee

o Employee follows directions and communicates well with the team

o Ability to complete the position responsibilities listed below



RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Driving personal vehicle for estimates, staging and destaging

• Provide Staging Estimates

• Pulling, safe loading, unloading, placement, removal, wrapping, unwrapping transportation and safe storage of staging inventory

• Assist Stagers on Staging Day

o Using Stageforce Pull Art, Lamps, Trees, Bedding, Baskets, Bed Pillows etc

o Help wrap, pack and load décor into bins and vehicles

o Bag pillows, towels, books etc

o At the staging, unload art, décor etc. Unpack

o Steam bedding, shower curtains etc

o Hang and level art per stagers instructions

o Wipe down furniture, glass mirrors etc

o Pack and load leftover inventory

o Vacuum House

o Assist stagers in any other way needed

o Review Staging Day Checklist

• Destage Properties

• Inventory control, reporting and fixing damaged inventory if possible

• Warehouse Organization/Cleaning

• Input new inventory into Stageforce

• Use company calendar to keep up with the ever-changing schedule

• Showing up to meetings and work on time

• Running Errands for Stagers and Owner as needed

• Good Customer Service Skills and Great Positive Attitude



PAY RATE: $17-20 DOE
