Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the studio.
Increasing brand awareness in the community via social media and other marketing programs.
Utilizing online softwares for customer relations management (CRM) and point of sale (POS).

Initial and Required Training & Certifications:

Complete HOTWORX® Certification. Repeat once annually as a refresher.
Attend the annual HOTWORX® Convention.
Maintain active CPR, AED, and First Aid certification at all times.
Additional training requirements may be required at any time.
