DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This role will be responsible for estimating, planning, coordinating and managing projects.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and ensure all projects are delivered on time according to the requirements without exceeding the budget.
Present and/or arrange presentations for new clients.
Prepare estimates and quotes for concrete.
Determine needed resources from start to finish while paying close attention to the budget limitations. Resources may include manpower, equipment and materials.
Plan, schedule, supervise and coordinate on-site activities to ensure quality control and resolve conflicts.
Communicate with clients, customers and operations to determine and define the scope and objectives of the project.
Communicate and correspond with clients and vendors with coordinating new and ongoing projects.
Attend project meetings.
Build reports to communicate progress on bid submittals, proposals and sales activities to management.
Complete and submit proposals, bid packets, RFIs and change orders.

Full-time Sales & Estimating Specialist needed to sell and estimate concrete services by establishing and maintaining effective contact with potential and existing clients. As a Sales and Estimating Specialist, you will be responsible for estimating, planning, coordinating, and managing projects in our South Weber, UT office.
