Job Description
Come be a critical member of our Multi-Disciplinary Team in our innovative and growing outpatient clinic. As a team member you will have the opportunity to be part of the federally funded- Best Practice- Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC). Our clinic provides intensive wrap around clinical, medical, peer, and group supports to anyone in need of Behavioral Health and Substance Use Disorders Services.
We are looking for an experienced supervisor to mentor, supervise, train, and support an amazing small group of dedicated and committed interns and clinicians.
What You Will Be Doing to Make a Difference...
Provide supervision to entry and seasoned clinician in a fast paced, dynamic clinic
Be part of a team that is training and implementing quality and best practice services.
Share your clinical expertise by facilitating clinical training
Provide crisis support and management in the clinic
Assure quality of clinical services is maintained.
Participate in interviewing, orienting, and onboarding newly hired staff.
Ensure all clients receive quality service in compliance with all funding source, agency, and licensing standards.
Participate in national and regional forums related to behavioral health and substance use disorder best practices.

Job Qualifications/Credentials
• Master’s Degree with an LMHC
• Three years of post-license experience required in order to supervise
• Diverse, Bilingual Speakers of the Spanish, Haitian Creole, and Cape Verdean Creole language are strongly encouraged to apply
• Acceptable CORI and SORI background record check as required by program
