Our company is looking for a Home Health Aide with a passion for helping others. The ideal candidate is a team player who has experience working in a home health setting and is willing to help our growing elderly population, as well as our youth, live in their homes while maintaining the highest possible level of quality of life.

Responsibilities:

Provide basic personal care services, such as bathing, taking vital signs, and dressing.
Conduct health education programs to promote independent living and self-care skills.
Assist patients with activities of daily living.
Assist patients with household tasks and errands.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records of patients.
Communicate with members of the healthcare team, including health educators, nurses, and social workers.
Communicate effectively with patients and their family members.
