Bookkeeper
Bookkeeper / Office Assistant needed in a growing warehouse.
Requirements:
QuickBooks Online (MUST)
CIN7 Inventory Software (preferred not required)
Shopify (preferred not required)
At least 2 year experience in QB.
Duties:
Receive purchase order, reconcile payments with invoices, pay bills, issue customer credits, customer refunds, charge payments, accounts payable and receivables, filing, light office duties, answering and screening calls. Organization skills is important and should be able to work well with others and willing to help out in warehouse if needed (not very often but emergencies do happen).
