Position Overview
Young successful Davie State Farm Agent is seeking a professional to join their team as an Insurance Sales Team Member. The right candidate must have the ability to sale multiple insurance products without any fear of rejection. Full hands on training will be provided. This is a fast-paced environment so you must be energetic and be able to multi-task. You will be required to pass a background check before being hired. This is a drug and smoke free environment (no smoke brakes allowed).
Responsibilities
Training provided to learn and sell auto, life, home, health, and mortgage products
Meet and great customers in a friendly and professional manner
Meet monthly sales goals
Ability to learn to cross-sale and multitask
Perform service duties such as obtain signed forms, and follow up on documents to close the sale
Excellent customer service experience (be calm with clients and help answer questions and understand their current policy while able to identify and help their family protect from the unexpected by offering other insurance products based on clients needs)

Hourly pay plus commission/bonus
Paid time off (vacation and sick days)
Growth potential/ sales manager/ office manager and Aspirant program available to become a State Farm Agent
Full hands on training for the first 30 days and continue education afterwards.
Requirements:
Basic computer program knowledge such as excel and word processor
Self-motivated
Proactive in problem solving
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to multi-task
Property & Casualty license 440 (must be able to obtain after 2/3 weeks - please contact us for more information- different options available to help get the license)
Ability to make cold calls
Bilingual - Spanish preferred
