Preschool Teacher and Assisting Teacher

M-F Full Time

We are located in Ladera Ranch, CA

Pacific Preschool and Kindergarten is an established Preschool & Kindergarten Program located in South Orange County and is looking to fill the position of Preschool Teacher and Assisting Teacher.

We are seeking candidates who have:

Minimum of 12 CORE units in Early Childhood Education. (Infant/Toddler Units a plus)
Have an AA Degree or Higher/ are enrolled in college.
Experience working with young children
Live Scan Clearance
Valid TB Test

Responsibilities include:

Planning and implementation of the designated program. This includes identifying and meeting the individual needs of the children, creating and maintaining the physical and emotional environment of the classroom, as well as appropriate communication with staff and parents.
Lead Teachers will conduct ongoing formal and informal assessments of the children, prepare for Parent-Teacher Conferences twice a year, and identify appropriate educational objectives that can then be incorporated into meaningful and engaging lesson plans.
Assisting Teachers work collaboratively to support the Classroom Teacher's Goals.
Create engaging activities for the Outside Classroom
