Child Care Assistant
Full Job Description
We are a Family Child Care searching for full time assistant!
Hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Some experience working with infants and toddlers is preferred. Assistant will be trained to follow our specific curriculum!
Requirements:
Must have papers proving to be allowed to work in the US!
You will be finger printed and will have to get CPR/first aid certified (we will provide). Must be up to date with MMR, TdAP vaccines and TB test. Must show proof of Covid-19 vaccine.
Must be open to be trained according to our curriculum
Abide by all COVID-19 regulations and recommendations.
Must be clean and keep all areas of child care clean and in order
Have some experience taking care of infants and toddlers
Be willing to work together with director and staff in all areas of child development and all activities related to child care. And be willing to work both indoors and outdoors.
Help with care of both infants and toddlers including diaper changing, feeding, cleaning and educating.
Help with some light organic meals cooking and serving
Keeping all areas of child care clean and in order.

Skills:
Be open to learning and have good communication skills
Must be reliable with working schedule!
Love children!
Be willing to work outside and get dirty!
Have good organization skills.
Bilingual preferred! (Spanish and English)
Some experience working with infants and toddlers required.

Education:
High school diploma
Spanish speaking preferred
Assistant will be trained on necessary skills needed to work with infants and toddlers. We will also provide opportunities to participate in regular learning workshops in Early Childhood Education.

Pay: $2,800.00 per month

Childcare and infant care: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
