Position will be responsible for the direct and indirect care of the clinic patients, X- Ray imaging and daily operations of the clinic under direct supervision of the Physicians and Practice Manager. Must be willing to travel to our other clinics in Layton, Draper, Park City and Elko, NV. Extra pay for extra travel is provided.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND STANDARDS
X-Ray:
Providing quality x-ray services to all patients
Import patient information (images) into PACS system (Medstrat/Echoes)
Store imaging information in form of disks or actual films in the x-ray room
Assist in image retrieval – printing and other PAC – related needs
Establish communications and customer relations with staff and public
Documents patients’ charts; i.e., per policies and procedures of the clinic
Notifies physician of all results
Assists physicians and providers with patient care during appointments
Assists with chart retrieval
Assists with filing of charts
Assists with needs of the office when time permits
Responsible for monitoring and conducting “Quality Assurance” testing on a weekly basis and troubleshooting computer issues as they arise, both independently, and in conjunction with the GE field engineers and Medstat representative (technicians).
