Lovely family with one precocious 3-year-old girl and gentle 5- year-old boy with a moderate Autism Spectrum diagnosis looking for a dependable, consistent, kind and patient to join their household! Schedule is MTWTHF from 7:45 AM to 5 PM Pay is commensurate with experience via payroll and they are offering 10 days PTO + 5 sick days and  $100/mo stipend towards your medical premium.  They have one cat.  They are looking for someone who is extremely dependable and professional that will be a partner to their family for the long haul - who will not call out five minutes before they are expected at work, or call out repeatedly. They are understanding people and get that life happens, communication is of utmost importance to them!  Prior experience working with children with developmental differences (e.g., behaviorist or working with speech delays) is a plus, but absolutely not required. They are happy to offer extra hours as well, if desired. Currently, their son goes to school five days a week, and their daughter three days, both in the morning to early afternoon, so the schedule will include downtime after school drop off and a nanny with a willingness to help out with errands during that downtime is a major plus. The kiddos are both kind, playful, and self-assured.  Must have your own reliable car and an excellent driving record. Both parents primarily work from home. You are mostly responsible for taking the kids to and from school, preparing healthy meals and snacks, engaging in imaginative play, homework help and having fun!  They are seeking someone who is gentle and confident, who enjoys being helpful, and is thoroughly engaged with the kids and passionate about being a caregiver!
