As a Front End Pharmacy Technician -

you Will be responsible for handling basic administrative duties within a pharmacy.

communicate with customers to inform them of available prescriptions,
sort medications using the pharmacy's organization system
and inform the pharmacist of medications that require restocking.
secondary billing and troubleshooting third party rejections.
· Be able to create New patient’s profile
· Print/Sort Labels for filling prescriptions
· Billing insurances and understanding rejection if not covered by insurance
· Communication with doctor’s office, patient, and insurance properly
Requirements:

You have a High School Diploma / GED.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician within a mid-high volume pharmacy (retail, mail order, specialty, or long term care).
You are proficient with a computer and Experience not necessary but preferred on Micromerchant ( Prime RX)
You are punctual and possess strong attention to detail, outstanding communication skills, and an ability to excel in a team environment.
You are available and comfortable working mornings, evenings/closing shift + rotating weekends.
Must speak Spanish
