We are looking for an evening bartender and cocktailer with possible weekend shifts. Must be available for game days, and holidays and have reliable transportation, a current/valid OLCC and FH, 2 years minimum of recent experience, able to fly solo on shifts and have a solid knowledge of beer/wine/cocktails. This schedule is flexible and works great around school.

This position requires someone who has the ability to provide full table service as well, is a team player who is friendly, energetic, tidy, has integrity, is responsible, open to feedback, able to perform a high level of multitasking, and maintain a strong attention to detail with high standards. We are also looking for someone who can build a regular clientele, handle opening/closing duties and side work, have a love for creating amazing cocktails (or serving them), able to pump out drinks at a high volume (or deliver them), keep track of inventory to avoid running out of product, and genuinely love to take care of people. Bonus: Sports knowledge and lottery.
