NorthShore Medical Group, a community based primary care group located in White Salmon & Stevenson, is hiring for a behavioral health provider. Depending on interest and experience, we have opportunities for long term therapy, Collaborative Care (https://aims.uw.edu/collaborative-care), or school based. Position may be full & part time.
Successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
-Masters degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, or related field from an accredited program.
-Ability to respond with flexibility to changing work load or patient assignments.
-Ability to utilize computer software and Electronic Health Record.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
-Ability to work effectively as a team member with physicians, associate providers, and staff.
-Ability to work effectively with patients, families, staff, and others.
-Passion for mental and behavioral health.
-All vaccinations required.

NorthShore Medical Group is a community based primary care and behavioral health practice, located in the beautiful Columbia River Gorge. We are a provider led practice, with average provider tenure of 15+ years. Providers come and stay here because they love the area, enjoy being part of a dedicated group, and want to care for the community.
We focus on providing personalized service in a collaborative and respectful environment. We enjoy practicing interesting, challenging medicine. We’re fortunate to have more robust specialist support than in many rural areas, but have a fuller spectrum primary care practice than in many urban environments.
We partner with the UW School of Medicine as an award winning teaching site.
