Intern / Account Coordinator (PR)

Responsibilities
• Serve as a valued member of the client account team
• Build influencer databases by researching media, bloggers, podcasts and more
• Scan media and develop analytical client coverage reports
• Manage industry and competitive news monitoring programs
• Manage projects and organization of client programs
• Proof and edit copy
• Assist in the development and execution of media outreach programs
• Write content including press releases, social media and internal newsletters
Skills/Expertise
• College graduate
• 1-2 years of PR experience (internships or other) - preferred
• Familiarity with social media channels
• Excellent organizational, communications (written and verbal), and time management skills
• Previous experience with basic office software, experience with programs such as Adobe Creative, Canva, Falcon, Hootsuite and others desirable
• Communications, marketing or journalism major preferred
