Employment type: Full Time

This position is a minimum of 40 hours and works Mon - Fri. from 7:30am - 6:00pm. Applicant must be located in the Phoenix area.

Provide efficient and effective support to President/CEO. Duties include general clerical and project-based work. Project a professional company image via in-person, phone, and computer interaction. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Must be highly organized

2. Project management of various projects -- property management, collect rents, organize repairs, prepare accounting documents such as BS, IS, PFS, etc.

3. Assist with selecting and managing startup companies - providing a SWOT

4. Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system

5. Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences

6. Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, parking, company credit cards, and office keys

7. Making travel arrangements, organizing events, managing appointments/calendar, managing phones, etc.

8. Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office, PDF Editor, and DocuSign

9. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, scanning, faxing, mailing, and filing

10. Provide office orientation for new employees

11. Support staff in assigned project-based work

12. Help plan and coordinate charity functions associated with the company.

13. Occasionally setup accommodation and entertainment arrangements for company visitors

14. Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1. Extremely strong reading, excellent writing, and arithmetic skills required. Organization, time management, and attention to detail are critical.

2. Knowledge and proficient in Microsoft Office and telephone protocol. Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to type a minimum of 50 wpm

3. Valid driver license, no criminal history

4. Reliable transportation

5. Detail work orientated -- pays attention to detail

6. Ability to create a pro forma, set up LLC's, Trade names, budget sheets

7. Working knowledge of Excel, ability to create and maintain monthly rent rolls

8. Must know how to prioritize tasks and address and complete said tasks

9. Must be technologically savvy

10. Must have excellent negotiation skills

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Working conditions are in a home/office environment
Skills Needed:
Office skills, a high degree of computer literacy, organized, detail-oriented, interest and/or understanding of real estate, work well in a fast-paced environment, negotiation skills, plugged into social media and current events, property management skills a plus, thinking and problem-solving skills, a must!

Duties include: manage deadlines, project management, negotiating business deals, event planning, pay bills, manage mail, filing, scanning. Maintain 3 cars, oil changes, car washes, etc.

Requires some flexibility to be available on an occasional weekend during a pre-planned event. Events are not frequent but your ability to attend is required.
