Positions are part-time, paid hourly ($14/hr+*), we have weekday daytime shifts, weekday closing shifts, and weekend availability. Prior cash handling experience preferred.

Daily duties include:

-greet and welcome all guests as they arrive

-answer any customer questions regarding menu options and custom orders

-answer phones and direct customers questions/transfer calls to appropriate location

-ability to take customers information and specific details for a custom order (i.e. location/date/time of pick up, cupcake/cake flavors, order minimums, correct pricing for size of cupcakes, and special décor details with pricing)

-maintain a clean and sanitary work environment (clean all counter and high touch surfaces including cupcake case, point-of-sale system, and door handles)

-maintain a clean and sanitary restroom facility

-balance and count all money for your drawer and deposit

-assist customers with cupcake selection (i.e. answer any questions they may have regarding the daily selection of flavors and be able to offer suggestions)

-closing duties include: sweeping, mopping, minor dishes, and recording cupcakes for inventory at the end of shift
