Soccer XS is an industry leading professional coaching company. We support the success and development of town level soccer clubs. Soccer XS provides camps, clinics, training programs and professional coaching services through-out New England.

Soccer XS is hiring ‘Grassroots Youth Soccer Coaches' and 'Competitive Team Trainers’ to work with children of all ages and abilities on our industry leading youth soccer programs.
Positions are available in Simsbury, Granby, Burlington, Avon and Litchfield in Connecticut, as well as East Longmeadow, Massachusetts.
Pay: $20-$40 per hour. Pay is hourly and pay rate is based on coaching role, qualifications and experience. Some positions offer salary for club team coaches. Bonus structures that reward your coaching development and program delivery. Paid staff training events and on-going education events are provided.
Qualifications: A background in soccer, a passion for the game, good communication skills, good organization skills and at least 1 season of sports coaching experience.
Ideal candidates will possess a USSF or USC coaching license. However, unlicensed coaches WITH experience are welcome to apply and Soccer XS will pay for you to attain your first USSF coaching licenses online and provide all internal program / curriculum training. All candidates must be based locally in CT or MA and be legal to work in the US (no US work visa's are provided).
Driving: Due to the nature of work, applicants are required to have a full drivers license and must provide their own vehicle.
Gas Expenses: Soccer XS will reimburse your gas expenses for all work duties.
Uniform and Equipment: Through our partners Umbro, we provide a comprehensive uniform and equipment package for all coaches.
Duration: Fall positions start immediately and run through early November. Additional coaching opportunities for Winter and Spring exist.
Contracts range from 3-12 months.
