Landscaper
Landscape/Grounds Maintenance person is needed for well established 50+ year old property maintenance company.
Responsibilities include maintaining client properties and grounds maintenance throughout the year, washing the company's fleet of vehicles, restocking supplies as needed, and various site janitorial duties.
Applicant MUST HAVE previous experience in operating commercial lawn mowers, string trimmers, leaf blowers, and other small power equipment. Applicant will also handle tasks such as loading/unloading trucks, trimming shrubs with powered hedge clippers, and handling a multitude of other assignments as directed by Management.
Applicant MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE, with a clean driving history and dependable transportation to and from headquarters in West Hartford's Elmwood section.
Applicant must be a hard working, highly motivated team player that listens to and follows directions, uses good judgment, and wants the opportunity for steady advancement. You must enjoy the good, the bad and the ugly attributes of working outside.
