Job description
Sous chef- Responsible for daily ordering, line operation, catering prep, cleaning details, and day to day functions of the kitchen

Line cooks- cooking, cleaning, and prepping.

We are a small scratch kitchen. Team work is a must, learning multiple stations and memorizing plate designs are a requirement.
