Duties: Keep the dish room & equipment clean & organized.
Work quickly & efficiently to keep up with the pace of the cooking class & team.
Dishwashers are a critical part of the kitchen team so reliability is expected & required. Must be dependable & have reliable transportation.
Dishwasher must clean all dishes & assist in opening and closing duties such as sweeping, mopping, taking out the trash, cleaning & other duties as such.
