We are looking for an energetic, dependable, and attentive Marketing and Administrative Assistant to support our marketing efforts. You will assist with the production, management, and implementation and tracking of various marketing campaigns. Other responsibilities will include assisting members of our team with administrative tasks included, but not limited to, welcoming visitors to our facility, ordering supplies for organizational needs, posting open positions and screening candidates, and various other administrative tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES – (approximately 80% marketing and 20% administrative)

Ambassador of “First Impressions”- Greet visitors and customers.
Provides administrative support to team members outside of marketing as necessary.
Maintain office supplies and common area supplies and cleanliness.
Assist in creating content and managing social media platforms, email marketing and other digital content.
Prepare materials for meetings. (Social media, google, and other analytics)
Produce monthly company newsletter and create content for blog.
Prepare and execute direct mail campaigns.
Manage project timelines and communicate updates to marketing manager.
Assist in execute in-house events and employee engagement and appreciation.
Contribute to achieving departmental goals by maintaining ongoing working knowledge of marketing plans and strategies.
Assist in the creating, planning, and packing for various trade shows, & other marketing events.
Light website maintenance.

Pay is $18-$20/hour Monday-Friday 8am-5pm ON-SITE
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Marketing or Communications background (preferred)
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
