Handwash and operate pull-down dish machine kitchen pots, pans, utensils, and service ware from parties and events.

-Maintain cleanliness of employee restroom

-Mop and pull garbage at conclusion of shift

-May load and unload catering trucks, assist in putting equipment away on shelves or in storage bins

-Assist Chef with cleaning out walk-in cooler regularly
