This is an in-office role, must live within a reasonable commuting distance
MUST HAVE Strong experience with efficiency on AutoCAD
Experience using Sketch Up
Minimum one year assistant/office manager experience in a professional environment
Minimum one year experience in residential construction or home design
Must be tech savvy, with the ability to navigate new systems, execute online research, and generally be adept with digital technology
Must have excellent communications skills
Will manage calendar, schedule meetings
Will be direct draft assistant for Lead Designer
Personal administrative assistance will be required from time to time
General office management responsibilities to keep office organized and stocked
Full time /Part Time position, salary to be discussed based on hours and qualifications.
