Master's Level Clinicians in the Children's Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI) work with the whole family, not just the referred youth, by providing intensive family therapy to assist families in overcoming past trauma and coping with symptoms of mental health conditions. Services are driven by the needs and preferences of the child and family, developed in partnership with families, and accountable to families.


We are looking for compassionate and dedicated clinicians who would like to make a difference in the lives of youths and families in need of behavioral health therapy.

What you will be doing to make a difference…

• Facilitate family therapy

• Making authentic connections with the youths and families in their communities

• Advocate for services and supports for the youths and families in areas of health, education, vocation, legal and family interactions

• Be part of a team that provides family centered, strength-based and solution focused family therapy treatment.

• Provide case management services.

• Collaborate with various youth serving systems

• Work with the CBHI team to complete clinical assessments and treatment plans.

Credentials/ Qualifications

Master’s degree in Mental Health field such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling/Clinical Psychology etc. with plan to obtain license (i.e. LMFT, LICSW, and LMHC).
Minimum of 1 year experience working in child and family treatment (assessment, treatment planning, outcome measurement)
Valid MA driver’s license with adequate driving record and current proof of insurance
CORI and SORI background record check as required by program
