Looking for someone...
-who is detailed oriented and has the ability of promptly and efficiently following instructions provided to create menu items.
-to sort, chop, prepare and store food items that need to be used for cooking purposes.
-operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
-to rotate food items in cold and dry storage and dispose of expired product.
-clean and maintain kitchen equipment, appliances and utensils.
-to assure cleanliness in the kitchen, cold storage, dry storage areas and sanitization of all work areas.
-maintain a neat, professional, well groomed appearance.
-available to work required schedule which includes afternoons and weekends.

Job Duties:

Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
Follow recipes and presentation specifications
Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
Restock items as needed throughout the shift
Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
