Behavior Technician's will provide ABA services to children within the homes, schools and communities!
Essential Responsibilities:
•Provide Applied Behavior Analysis therapy as directed by senior staff
•Follow and Implement behavior plan
•Record data and graph as required
•Keep open communication with treatment team and families to ensure progress and transfer of skills
•Complete session documentation and paperwork
•Provide 1:1 ABA services to clients in the home, school, or community
•Attends supervision sessions to discuss feedback
•Attends quarterly staff meetings
Physical Requirements:
•Must be able to lift to 30 pounds, transport, and move fast with clients
•Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time
•Must be able to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time
Candidate Requirements:
•High School Diploma Required
•College experience and/or bachelor’s degree preferred
•6 months minimum requirement working with children/adolescents with intellectual disabilities using ABA interventions
•1 year minimum preferred working with children/adolescents with intellectual disabilities using ABA interventions
•1+ years of Experience in ABA preferred
•Pennsylvania Driver’s License
