Responsibilities

• Take food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude.
• Write customers' food orders on order slips and entering orders into register for transmittal to kitchen staff
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner
• Learn how to operate register in order to check out customers
• Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions
• Help food preparation staff when necessary
• Answer phone calls regarding food and drink orders
• Helping out coworkers in bakery when requested
• Occasional Ad hoc job duties outside of the coffee bar

Cashier qualifications:
• Basic mathematical skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Flexible availability

Pay & Hours
• Starting pay ranges between $11.50 to $12.50 with many opportunities for bonuses
• Opportunity for both full-time and part-time available
