Overview:
Dowell Holding Group, Inc. (DHG, Inc.) was founded in 1999 and is the parent company of multiple import/export operating divisions. The largest division focuses on food service disposables and packaging.
This position will work within the food service disposables and packaging division, primarily in the role of customer service and data entry with one of DHG’s largest accounts. Ideal candidate should have some customer service experience. Candidate will work under the VP of this division.
Responsibilities:
General responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Process/import orders into ERP system
• Verify items, quantities and pricing on incoming orders
• Confirm orders via email to all necessary parties
• Complete new item load forms
• Update item pricing in system
• Communicate with clients on order status
• Assisting in solving issues related to order shipments
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
Qualifications:
• Highly organized with excellent time-management skills
• Ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
• Must possess basic math skills
• General computer use and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
