We are looking for an energetic intern telemarketer that is resilient and goal oriented and turn prospective leads into customers! A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive. Ton of quality data provided to aid for your success.
Job Title:
Business Development / Telecommunications
Job Duties:
Perform inbound and outbound calls.
Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining thorough knowledge of all lending programs using your closing sales skills.
Stay up to date on trends to better consult clients
Additional responsibilities related to business needs.
Skills and qualifications:
Possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Effective listening and verbal/non-verbal communication skills
Accountability, adaptability, and motivated mentality
Ability to multitask and work in a competitive and fast paced environment
Effective problem-solving skills
Maintains a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients
Requirements:
English read and write fluently
Well spoken individuals
