Job Duties:
Work with the team: You stay in contact with your general manager, supervisor, and your team to make sure the work orders are completed efficiently and everyone pitches in because it is ultimately about serving the customer.
Develop your expertise: You clean windows, repair screens, pressure wash, and other property functions, knowing that you are adding a positive experience to our customers lives through the services we offer.
Become a trusted professional: You keep your tools neat, clean, and well maintained so they are handy and ready for use. You are VERY detailed oriented. You will learn to use our software, understand job-scope, estimating, equipment, inventory, etc. because you know that this keeps everyone informed from the customer to the journeyman to the team back at the office.
Pathways to advancement: You will start as a Window Cleaning Technician with the goal of becoming a Lead Service Expert. Once a Lead Service Expert, you will be trained to manage your team. Your next goal is to become an Assistant Supervisor and manage other teams.
Window Cleaning Qualifications/Skills:
Strong work ethic

Comfortable on Ladders
Ability to lift 50 + lbs. on a regular basis
