Out of Mexico a wholesale importer and distributor of Spices with an office in downtown San Diego, is a looking for an energetic Assistant Sales Administrator for our growing, dynamic, and family run company. The Assistant Sales Administrator works with upper management, vendors, clients, sales executives, and laboratories to organize and manage day to day operations. Their primary responsibilities are to manage and maintain the company’s product sampling and testing processes as well as interact with our clients and sales executives. This Spanish- English Fluent position helps manage and maintain the company sales process. We require Intermediate computer typing skills, strong MS Office skills in particular and strong written and oral communications skills and superior customer service skills and attention to detail, this position involves the upkeeping of our product specifications database, the managing of our product samples and libraries, and the monitoring of product information to our clients. The Assistant Sales Administrator will also monitor project plans, participate in company meetings, answer the company’s main incoming phone line and answer callers’ questions. This position works closely with the company’s upper management. This position can be part time 20-25 hours a week or full time and the pay is negotiable depending on experience.
