Requirements:
• Minimum 21+ years of age.
• Minimum 1 year experience.
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position.
• Able to operate an automatic dry van tractor trailer.
• Good driving record, no tickets, or accidents in last 3 years.
• Pass Road Test, Drug Test, Background & Motor Vehicle Check, and DOT physical.
• Flexible shift, 2 to 3 weeks on the road at a time.
• Punctuality—on time for pickups and drop offs.
• Pre/Post trip Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues.
• Plan routes and meet delivery schedule.
• Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts using ELD (Samsara).
• Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures.
• Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions.
• Collect and verify delivery instructions.
• Report defects, accidents or violations.
