IAC is seeking a creative, energetic and motivated entry level Social Media & Content Assistant to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. Responsible for assisting with the development and delivery of compelling creative content through diverse social media platforms. This position requires working experience with social media, innovative and creative skills, and being an exceptional communicator.

As an integral part of IAC, the Social Media & Content Assistant will be responsible for but not limited to:
Collaborate in conceptualizing and executing social initiatives generating creative briefs and managing deliverables
Assist in the planning and creative execution of IACs social activity across all platforms: Instagram, Facebook, and Linked In. In addition, send out campaign monitor email blasts.
Develop and upload platform-specific content that align with brand aesthetic and standards
Produce video edits and optimize existing assets
Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to understand effectiveness of strategy per platform and make recommendations to improve brand visibility and awareness
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned

Our Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor’s Degree
1-2 Years of social media, content creation and marketing experience
Knowledgeable of social media marketing tools and trends
Love the internet culture
Excellent communication, both oral and written
Strong attention to detail and ability to take initiative
Work both collaboratively and independently
Passion for visual culture
