We are a well-established company looking for hard-working people to repair and install rental fence panels. It is easier than permanent fence as we put the base, insert metal chainlink panels and clamp it together. The work is still demanding, requires driving or learning how to drive a truck (a good driving record is a must, no CDL is required) and lifting 60 lb.

Steady pay, and full health insurance after 60 days. The candidate must be in good health, able to climb in and out of the truck. Work may require to being outside in all weather conditions. Conversational English language a must. Work may require overtime and occasionally weekends, especially during the summer.

For a person wanting to acquire more skills, we train in computer programs, welding and more.

The shift is M-F, 7 am - 3:30 pm but occasional different hours may vary and may start earlier/later.

Pay depends on your experience and performance. It consists of base pay plus a bonus per foot of the fence, so you have a lot of control over how much you make. Some of our jobs of Public Works pay much higher Prevailing Wage.

To keep installers safe we provide gloves, masks, and sanitizers and comply with L&I regulations.
