Our company is looking for a strong Social Media and Google AdWords Specialist to join our team. Our company continues to grow at a rapid pace and we are looking to increase conversions with low CPA.

As the Google AdWords Specialist, you would manage and optimize Google Search, Google Local and Display, and other various ad campaigns. We’re looking for individuals who not just know what to do, but how to do it, and love doing it.

As the Social Media Specialist, we are looking for someone with knowledge of the various algorithms, account collaborations and ad campaigns. We believe that these programs work in conjunction with one another and the ideal candidate will be able to manage both.

Responsibilities:

- Create, monitor, and optimize paid text and video search campaigns, local, display, and more.
- Strong familiarity with analytics and tracking tools such Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Data Studio.
- Actively test and analyze keywords, bid management, ad copy, and landing pages through usage of A/B testing, extensions, display ads.
- Work with web master to Develop landing pages for each campaign or assist with specific direction of their development to improve conversions.
- Communicate regularly with team members on campaign developments, deliverables, and performance.
- Prepare and present weekly/ monthly reports and make recommendations based on KPI’s, ROI, and other various metrics.
- Continuously look at avenues to increase performance and experiment with different methods driving traffic and leads
- Creating and updating social media posting schedules
- Replying to comments from subscribers or liking tagged photos
- Coordinating with other professionals to determine how to market our brand and products using social media
- Encourage greater social media participation
- Identify opportunities to influence public perception through audience engagement and publicly speaking about the brand’s social media strategy

Requirements

- 3 - 5 years of experience in Paid Search (PPC/ SEM), preferably within a digital agency or have experience managing Ecommerce.
- Experience with how to build campaigns in Google start to finish is a must
- Strong familiarity with analytics and tracking tools such Google Tag Manager, UTM.
- Experience as a social media specialist or similar position
- Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, communication, time-management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to use social media for impressions and brand awareness
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including GMB, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter and Facebook
- Understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics and SEO
- Experience doing buyer persona and audience research
- Familiarity with publishing and web design
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Updated Google Ads certification
