We are currently looking for an Assistant Project Manger to assist the Sr. Project Manager through all phases of building projects, while ensuring all aspects are performed at the highest industry standard.

The Position

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

· Ensure that subcontractors are following the assigned scheduled outlined by the Project Manager

· To ensure OSHA compliance at assigned jobsites. Maintain awareness of safety rules and procedures among personnel, identify safety hazards, and implement remedial solutions.

· Provide written daily site reports to the Project Manager.

· To coordinate, direct, monitor the activities of the Subcontractors and Suppliers.

· To cooperate with the activities of the inspection agencies, and to effect remedial actions indicated by the reports of these agencies.

· Maintain communication with clients and address actions necessary to close out projects to client’s satisfaction.

· Ensure proper use of construction management software on all projects.

· Adaptability: As project timelines change, project assignments will change too. We are looking for someone that can move from one project to another as needed.

The Requirements

Highschool Diploma
Construction Management Bachelors Degree Preferred
Construction Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Computer experience
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
