Overview:
The Sales Associate is responsible for generating sales through exhibiting passion for product, brands, fashion and trends with all customers. The Sales Associate is also responsible for executing initiatives and tasks as assigned by the leadership team. Overall, the Sales Associate is expected to work as a positive member of the store team and consistently provide an exceptional customer experience.

• Greet and direct customers. Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
•Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
• Set and achieve sales goals, for both in-store and digital selling with effective use of selling tools. Growing into selling on our platforms in order to grow you bonus & year end commission.
• Build lasting relationships with customers.
• Give the best service to our customers on their terms.
• Ensure racks are fully stocked, especially after completing your shift.
• Provide honest and confident feedback to customers about style and fit.
• Seek fashion and product knowledge to build your expertise.
• Work with the team to keep the department customer ready, which means filling orders, Restocking items sold, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Grow relationships by following up with customers on requests.
• The hours and schedule for this position will vary by week depending on business needs by the Store Manager.
• This role may require you to be flexible to occasionally performing work/duties in a department other than the one you were hired into.

• Track record of achieving sales quotas.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships.
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
• High school degree.
• BSc in Marketing or related field is a plus.
• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role.
