This can be a fun job as your not stuck in a facility or behind a counter. You have opportunities to be in the community during your shift going to places such as Wonder land, the fair, the parks, the mall, concerts etc. and have the activity paid for while your at work.
We are a small business and never plan to be a big agency
Our managers work in the homes, not at the office, they are available for questions and assistance as needed. We have an on-call number 24/7 and someone answers the phone who can give immediate assistance.
We believe our employees are important and we keep a high staff to client ratio to maintain safety for staff and clients. We value the work life balance.
We provide company vehicles for transporting clients so employees don't have to put wear and tear on their personal vehicles.

Assisting with all aspects of the daily lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Assisting with activities, shopping, hygiene, and all aspects of caring for a home.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
The most important skill is a willingness to learn.
Must be 18 or over
Pass a background check
Must be able to work weekends.
Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19 or have a valid Religious or Medical exemption.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,200.00 per month
